We aim to invest in assets that:
- are difficult to source for less connected and skilled money managers,
- are in niche areas and have either been neglected or are undervalued,
- require specialist management skills and systems,
- that can still be economically managed at lower investment volumes because we have an efficient infrastructure structure at our disposal.
We expect to cap the majority of the asset categories at a maximum FUM (funds under management) of AUD $500 million to ensure the interests of investors can be closely managed.
